Fake Never Real: Detecting Diffusion-generated Images with Feature Disentanglement Enhanced Vision-Language Model

- Semantic-Noise Dual-Path Decoupling: Proposed a mechanism to explicitly decouple authentic image content from generation artifacts, significantly purifying feature extraction for Vision-Language Models (VLM) in detection tasks.
- Efficient Few-Shot Fine-Tuning: Pioneered a VLM semantic reasoning paradigm for detection. By integrating pre-trained knowledge with lightweight LoRA adaptation, achieved 99%+ accuracy across both known and unseen generative models.
- Robustness & Generalization: Outperformed SOTA models by 10% in cross-dataset benchmarks; maintained high precision with only a 0.3% drop even when image quality was severely degraded.
PR-CapsNet: Pseudo-Riemannian Capsule Network with Adaptive Curvature Routing for Graph Learning

- Geometric Dynamic Routing: Developed the first-ever Pseudo-Riemannian manifold capsule network. Utilized an adaptive curvature mechanism to fuse multi-geometric perspective features, effectively addressing generalization challenges in heterogeneous graphs.
- Performance Optimization: Designed a geometrically consistent classifier that surpassed SOTA benchmarks by an average of 5.2% in node and graph classification, while reducing FLOPs by 3–5x.
